Prices and Policies are subject to change
without notice. You accept full responsibility to check these
changes by reading our terms and conditions every time you use this
site. You also acknowledge that your use of cheboom online store is
solely at your risk, and you assume full responsibility for any costs
associated with the replacement and repair of any equipment used to
connect to the cheboom site and also agree to indemnify cheboom from
any and all claims of damages, expenses and costs arising from use
of this site.
Colour
Every effort has been made to ensure that all
colours are accurately displayed. Due to different monitors and
equipment some variations in colour may appear. We endeavor to show
all goods as close as possible
to the actual item. Cheboom
does not take responsibility
if you have made the wrong
choice based on our pictures
and descriptions.
Stock
While we try to carry a plentiful amount of
stock at all times, occasionally we may run out due to promotions,
sales and popularity, if this may occur, we will contact you through
email or phone (which ever is preferred) to notify of a delay in
delivery, sellouts or an alternative product.
Privacy
We at cheboom value your business. Customers
can be assured of total privacy regarding all aspects of your
transactions. Unlike others no information will ever be sold or
passed on . Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
Policy regarding accepted returns
Please ensure you select your
items carefully as we do not
exchange or refund because you
have changed your mind. We
will only refund your purchase
( not including freight)
should your item be faulty or
damaged during freight.
You must contact cheboom prior
to returning any goods. Should
your goods be faulty, please
enclose a copy of your
purchase and return with your
faulty item within 7 days.
Refunds will be processed
within 1 week of cheboom
receiving the faulty goods.
Exchanges will be processed
within 7 days should new goods
be in stock otherwise we will
notify you of proposed
shipment date. For health and hygiene reasons, we
do not accept the returns of goods which appear to have been worn or
laundered. No refunds or exchanges are issued for goods which have
been used. We are sorry but return postage fees are not refundable.
How to refund
To return a product you must include a copy of
our invoice to you along with any relevant address and contact
details. Package all products and copies of purchasing receipts
complete in an Australia post pack and send to cheboom at the address
specified on your invoice or on this website. Please allow 7 to 10
working days for your refunds to be processed.
Laybys
With the exception of wedding/
bridesmaid gowns, laybys are only available via
instore purchase and not
online. 20% deposit
and 8 weeks to pay off remaining balance.
Should items need to be
ordered instore specifically
for your order, then a
deposit of 50% is required up
front with an 8 week payment
schedule for the remaining
balance whereby you must make
at least a payment every
fortnight.
Payments can be made by cheque,
money
order or Credit Card. Please take note that laybys must be finalised within 8 weeks
or laybys will be cancelled and goods returned to stock.
Should
you or cheboom cancel your
layby, your cancellation fee
will be your initial deposit.
Please chose carefully as your
deposit is non refundable*. *
means either your 20% or 50%
deposit as set out
above. Cheboom
may cancel your layby should
you not make regular
fortnightly repayments or paid
your layby in full by the end
of the 8 weeks. Should
you wish to exchange your
goods once on layby, you will
be charged the appropriate
cancellation fee. We will only
refund or exchange faulty
goods within 7 days of
finalising layby. Wedding/
Bridesmaid Gowns A
50% deposit is required when
ordering wedding/ bridesmaid
gowns. You then have 6 months
to pay the remainder of the
gown when it arrives or in equal monthly
instalments. Should you cancel
your order once placed, you
will forfeit your 50% deposit.
Please chose carefully. Please
note, all alterations are to
be at your own cost. They are
not included in the purchase
price. Washing

We advise that you
dry clean the above garments
with a reputable dry
cleaner.
Copyright
The material at this site is protected by
copyright. Apart from any use permitted under the Copyright Act
1968, you must not copy, frame, modify, transmit or distribute the
material at this site without the consent of the copyright owner.
You may save a local copy or print a copy of
material at this site for your own personal use, provided the
copyright notice on the material is not removed. However, you may
not make any charge for such use and any commercial exploitation is

Other
Discretion is of the utmost importance when it
comes to sending your products to you. Regular parcel post packaging
is used and no mention of products will be found on the outside
packaging.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars
At this stage, we are not able to service
customers outside Australia, however when we do, we will post the
information on this website. If you are from outside Australia, and
